We help Industry 4.0 integrators package and sell a paid pilot that opens the door to $100K to $500K+ projects, every quarter.

Evergreen is a Christian-owned company. We believe business is stewardship: tell the truth, keep commitments, serve customers well, and pursue excellence without compromising biblical principles.
Strong technical firms often sell every project from scratch. Buyers cannot quickly understand what to buy, what the first step costs, what success looks like, or how the pilot expands into the larger implementation.
Most marketing agencies don't know a PLC from a PowerPoint. They send you leads that were never going to buy a $250K line integration. Brandon spent 5+ years as an engineer in controls, automation data collection, and lean continuous improvement before he ever ran a marketing team. We work only with Industry 4.0 integrators, so we speak your buyers' language. The goal is simple: one signed paid pilot within six months.

"I started as an engineer, spending 5+ years in controls, automation data collection, and lean continuous improvement. I love manufacturing and the technology that makes it more productive. Then I moved into growth: I helped a manufacturing equipment company grow 3x in 3 years, led sales and marketing for 30%+ year-over-year growth at an engineering software company, and I've helped Industry 4.0 software companies from overseas break into the U.S. market. I know how plant leaders buy, how long the cycle really is, and what it takes to turn great engineering into signed contracts. Evergreen exists to give independent integrators that same system."
Brandon Bartel, Founder · LinkedInIn 14 days, we productize one paid pilot, create the full implementation path, install the proposal system, and launch managed acquisition campaigns.
For Industry 4.0 and industrial automation integrators that can deliver a paid pilot but lack a repeatable way to package, promote, propose, and sell it.
The recurring service is ongoing execution and optimization, not unlimited custom development. New service lines, proposal paths, integrations, or major workflow changes are separately scoped.
Our discovery-to-proposal system converts compliant discovery transcripts and meeting notes into draft paid-pilot and full-SOW proposals. Your team retains final technical, pricing, and commercial approval.
The proposal system accepts any transcript or meeting-note source, provided the required discovery framework is followed. It creates a draft paid-pilot or full-SOW proposal. The integrator owns final technical edits, pricing approval, and sending.
The guarantee remains active only while the client stays current, subscribed, and compliant.

Evergreen Business Marketing helps Industry 4.0 and industrial automation integrators package, promote and sell a productized paid pilot that can expand into a $100K to $500K+ implementation.
In 14 days, we help you productize one paid pilot, build the full implementation path, install a discovery-to-proposal system, and launch managed acquisition campaigns designed to help you sign one qualifying paid pilot within six months.
$6,000 implementation fee plus $3,500 every four weeks for six billing cycles. Plus a 10% success fee on collected full-implementation revenue from opportunities Evergreen sources or materially advances. No success fee on paid-pilot revenue, existing opportunities disclosed before kickoff, unrelated projects, or revenue never collected. Infrastructure, media, data, software, postage, and third-party costs are separate.
Sign one qualifying paid pilot within six months of launch, or receive up to 90 additional days of the defined service at no service fee.
Package one repeatable paid pilot with a clear price, scope and next step, map the full implementation it leads to, and turn discovery calls into buyer-ready proposals. Buyers then know what to buy, what it costs, what happens next and why to trust you.
We’ll determine whether the pilot economics and sales process justify building the system.
