Evergreen Business Marketing ("Evergreen," "we," "us") runs evergreenbusinessmarketing.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.
Information you give us. When you use the Revenue Plan calculator, we collect your first name, work email, and the business figures you enter (such as current revenue, revenue target, average project value, and close rate), plus anything you add in the optional follow-up form. When you book a Revenue Plan Review, we collect the details the booking form asks for, such as your name, email, phone number, company, and the time you choose. When you email or text us, we collect what you send.
Information collected automatically. We and the advertising and analytics partners we use or may use rely on cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser type, IP address, and how you arrived at the site, including campaign tags (UTM parameters) and ad click IDs from Google, Meta, and Microsoft. Our emails may record whether a message was opened or a link was clicked.
Information from other sources. To reach businesses that may benefit from our services, we use publicly available business information, such as company websites, industry association directories, and professional profiles, to find business contact details like a name, job title, company, and work email.
We use this information to calculate and send your revenue plan, follow up with you by email about our services, schedule and hold calls, send appointment confirmations and reminders, respond to you, improve the website, measure which campaigns bring in visitors, and show relevant ads.
Information you submit is stored in our CRM, scheduling, and email platform, GoHighLevel (HighLevel), which processes it for us under its own security and privacy terms. We use or may use advertising and analytics partners, Google (including YouTube), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Microsoft (Bing). When their tags are active on our site, they collect the information described above to measure ads and show you ads on their platforms. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.
Ad audiences. To show our ads to the right businesses and to measure them, we may upload contact lists, such as lead and prospect email addresses, to Google, Meta, and Microsoft. Emails are hashed (converted into a coded format) before upload so the platforms can match them to existing accounts and then discard the unmatched ones. We may also show ads to people who visited our site (retargeting). To be excluded, email us or use the ad settings links below.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state privacy laws treat the use of advertising tags for targeted ads as "sharing" or "selling." You can opt out of that at any time; see "Your choices" below.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to send messages related to your request, such as appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can control ads and ad personalization from each partner here: Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, and Microsoft Ad Settings. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted-ad sharing for that browser.
Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests promptly. You can also reply "unsubscribe" or email us.
Privacy rights. Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, and Canada, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request." We will verify your request using the email address we have on file and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response.
We keep lead and customer records for up to three years after our last contact with you. Business contacts we reached out to who never replied are deleted after 18 months. We delete sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep the information longer. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list so we don't email you again.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and our service providers do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
This website is for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be posted on this page.
