Thanks, got it.
Your revenue gap is your target minus your current annual revenue. Divide that gap by your average project value to get the number of new projects you need to sign. Divide that by your proposal close rate to get the number of proposals you need to send, then divide by four for a quarterly number your team can track.
For example, an integrator doing $6M a year with a $8M target, $180K average projects, and a 30% close rate needs about 12 new projects, which means about 40 proposals, or 10 a quarter. These figures are illustrative; use your own numbers above.
Most control system integrators grow through referrals, vendor partners, and trade shows. That works until a big project wraps or an anchor client goes quiet. A revenue plan tells you how much pipeline you actually need. The next step is a free Revenue Plan Review.
It varies a lot by firm, project type, and how qualified the opportunities are. Use your own historical close rate from your CRM or proposal log rather than an industry average.
The calculator runs in your browser. Your numbers are only sent to us if you enter your name and email to see the full breakdown.
